Consultations are Mandatory for all Starter Locs and first-time Colouring clients. This allows us to assess your hair properly and recommend the service that best fits your needs and goals.

Not sure what to book? We also offer a “Got Questions?” General Consultation — perfect for anyone who wants clarity, has concerns, or simply wants to speak with a loctician before committing to a service.

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit holds your spot and will be applied toward your final total. The deposit itself is not taxable.

The remaining balance will be due after your service is completed and will include applicable taxes.

We accept Debit and Credit card payments only. If you have any issues with online payment during booking, please reach out — we’re happy to assist.
