No extra guests

To maintain a calm and comfortable space for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Our salon has limited space and is not able to accommodate additional guests at this time. Thank you for understanding

No food indoors

In order to respect the workspace and keep it clean! We ask that you do not eat food inside the salon.

No profanity

TLC is a professional environment, as such, please refrain from using profane and vulgar language in the salon. We want to nurture the peaceful ambience and preserve the serenity in our salon atmosphere.

Enjoy mindfully

You are welcome to enjoy your music, films, and other forms of media while in the salon. We ask that you are mindful of others around you. Please use your headphones or earpiece during this time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Life is busy, we get it. That is why we allow you to cancel your appointment and reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Both actions must be completed to keep you deposit.

If you don’t show up and don’t contact us, your deposit will be forfeited. You will not be able to book future appointments online until you’ve gotten in touch with us to reschedule.

Tardiness

We understand that things happen, please give us a quick heads up if you are running late for your appointment. Please note that after 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule you to stay on time for all our clients.

No children

For the safety of minors, TLC Natural Hair cannot host children in our salon. We are unable to entertain them and cannot guarantee their safety on salon premises.

Deposit

A deposit is mandatory to secure all appointments.

– First-time clients: 50% of the total service cost
– Returning clients: 30% of the total service cost

Your deposit goes toward your total, before tax.
Example: If your service is $100 + tax, and you first paid a $50 deposit when you book, than you’ll pay the remaining $50 plus tax at your appointment.

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
