Salon Policies
No extra guests
Please do not bring any guests to your appointment. We do not have a waiting area to accomodate additonal persons in the salon. Also, due to covid regulations we do have a maximum allowance of persons that are allowed in the salon at the same time.
No food indoors
In order to respect the workspace and keep it clean! We ask that you do not eat food inside the salon.
No profanity
TLC is a professional environment, as such, please refrain from using profane and vulgar language in the salon. We want to nurture the peaceful ambience and preserve the serenity in our salon atmosphere.
Enjoy mindfully
You are welcome to enjoy your music, films, and other forms of media while in the salon. We ask that you are mindful of others around you. Please use your headphones or earpiece during this time.
Cancel responsibly
Life is busy, we get it. That is why we allow you to cancel 24 hours before your appointment and reschedule for a later date. Both actions are mandatory in order to keep your deposit. No show, no call clients will be billed the full amount (100%), minus the deposit of the service booked and will not be allowed to book a future appointment online until payment has been made.
Tardiness
We understand that things happen, please give us a quick heads up if you are running late for your appointment. Please note that after 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule you in order to honour our appointment with all clients.
No children
For the safety of minors, TLC Natural Hair cannot host children in our salon. We are unable to entertain them and cannot guarantee their safety on salon premises.
Deposit
A deposit of $50 is mandatory with all services. This amount will be deducted from your total cost at the end of service. Ex: if your service is $100, after you have paid the deposit you will only owe $50 at the end of service. Client has 24 hours after booking to receive a full refund on their deposit.
